We put the offer in last night around 7:00pm. On the paperwork we requested an answer by 12:00 noon today.
We still haven't heard anything.
Good news or bad news???

OneHung is guessing good news. The last time OHM gave an embarrassingly low offer ($29,900 under their price), he received a very quick "what the hell was he thinking."
The offer that was eventually accepted to over a day before the news was found out.
*agreeing with OHM on this one*
If they were going to turn you down flat, you'd have heard by now.
More likely that the sellers are trying to come up with a counter-offer. We went through this when we were buying our house.
